Required documents for the Residence Permit in Turkey
In case you are lodging a new application or you are extending your residence, visit the GOC website to submit the application and get an appointment then arrange the following documents:
- Printed and Filled Appointment Form
- Valid Passport
- Visit visa with Entry Stamp ( for the first time)
- 4 Photographs
- Rental Contract Attested
(Notary) - Health insurance for those who are above 18
- Tax payment slip
- Family Certificate Attested (for Families)
- Birth certificates ( for
children below 18) - Passports copy (preferably translated and notarized)
- Utility bill
- Nufus Registration from E-Devlet
- Tarihçeli Yerleşim Yeri ve Diğer Adres Belgesi Sorgulama
Note:
- Make sure you take your appointment within the validity of your visa or residence permit in case of renewal
- Make sure to bring all the original documents at the time of the appointment
