Required documents for the Residence Permit in Turkey

In case you are lodging a new application or you are extending your residence, visit the GOC website  to submit the application and get an appointment then arrange the following documents:

 

1. Printed and Filled Appointment Form
2. Valid Passport
3. Visit visa with Entry Stamp ( for the first time)
4. 4 Photographs 
5.  Rental Contract Attested
   (Notary)
6.  Health insurance for those who are above 18
7.  Tax payment slip
8. Family Certificate Attested (for Families)
9.  Birth certificates ( for
   children below 18)
10. Passports copy (preferably translated and  notarized)
11. Utility bill
12. Nufus Registration from E-Devlet 
13. Tarihçeli Yerleşim Yeri ve Diğer Adres Belgesi Sorgulama

Note: 

• Make sure you take your appointment within the validity of your visa or residence permit in case of renewal 
• Make sure to bring all the original documents at the time of the appointment
